Building Profitable Farmer Services: Empowering Rice Millers for Growth wrapped up with energy, insights, and practical strategies! This fourth Rice Miller Business Training (RMBT) course brought together nearly 30 rice mills from across Nigeria to tackle one of the sector’s biggest challenges—sourcing high-quality paddy. Through real-world tools and collaborative learning, participants explored how investments in outgrower programs, mechanisation, irrigation, and contract farming models can drive both profitability and farmer impact.
