Due to the amount of arable crop land that is currently unused, Africa is the key to feeding a growing world population. Smallholder farmers are the majority owners of cropland on the continent, and by working closely with producers, Partners in Food Solutions is increasing the demand for crops from those farmers and strengthening the overall food supply chain.
