Will Bonifant serves as Vice President, International Supply Chain & Manufacturing for The Hershey Company. In his eight years with Hershey he has held many positions, including three years in China where he oversaw the supply chain for the region. Prior to joining Hershey he with The Boston Consulting Group, leading projects in strategy, organizational design, supply chain transformation and cost reduction. Will spent eight years as a US Naval Officer, serving in many leadership and power plant supervisory roles on the USS Georgia, a ballistic missile submarine. He spent three years as a nuclear power regulator, working in the areas of electrical engineering and instrumentation design.
Will received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the US Naval Academy. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
